The site, which has a 385m2 warehouse, is headed by manager Keith Ellam. Ian Durnin is responsible for field sales and Helen Danby will be looking after inside sales.
All three were formerly employed by York & Ford, the Leicester-based paper merchant.
Premier Paper marketing director Rob Viner said the new office would primarily target small- to medium-sized printers in the region, and would offer faster delivery of locally-held popular product lines.
