Navigator Communications will offer personalised direct mail through Scitex equipment. The firm hasnt revealed details of other partners, although it is known to have approached Howitts as a supplier.
Navigator will also offer cut-sheet and continuous laser personalisation and enclosing.
Bennett and Foster are joined by client services director Philip Hook, who has 20 years experience at direct marketing agencies.
Navigator has offices in central London and claims to offer "probably the most powerful and complete package in the European DM industry today".
