The Chessington-based firm bought a KP 2000 perfect binder, Documaster finishing system and an EBA programmatic guillotine.
The battery of new equipment will finish work from the litho and digital firm’s HP Indigo 5000 and miniweb digital press.
Repro manager Craig Williams chose the KP 2000 – the integral part of the investment – for its simplicity.
“It is simple but effective and is particularly good at handling digital output. It also binds documents in thicknesses that meet all our requirements,” he said.
The firm had been investigating digital finishing throughout the last year in preparation for this investment. Commercial manager Dave Hallett told printweek.com that it opted for Morgana because “they’re the best. They’re the name everyone uses.”
