The choice of MoDo Merchants in the UK is significant, as this will be the first time the Formula range has been sold in the UK.
The range has been specifically refined for the UK market, and includes a tinted board range.
"We want Formula to be a growing brand that can be developed further through marketing with our partners such as MoDo Merchants," said Torraspapel marketing manager Xavier Catala.
He said part of Torraspapels strategy was to grow in the carbonless sheets market. The company is looking to add more carbonless security products.
Formula is produced at Torraspapels Leitza mill, one of the companys nine Spanish mills.
Torraspapel produces 95,000 tonnes of carbonless paper, its second largest product grouping behind coated woodfree paper.
Sappi said last October that it would exit the carbonless market.
