The death of the Queen Mother is understood to have affected the Parliamentary timetable, and Hewitt is now required in the House of Commons for the 2nd Reading of the Enterprise Bill.
Douglas Alexander, Minister of State for e-commerce and competitiveness will
deputise for Hewitt at Ipex.
