MGI Technology, which is based in Hemel Hempstead, will supply digital printers such as the DP60 Digital Press and the JetVarnish Digital Inkjet UV coater as well as its finishing products.
The company will also take over the existing UK client base to provide service and consumables.
David Evans, managing director, MGI Technology, said: "The agreement comes after a few months of working closely with MGI. Our challenge initially will be to raise the profile of the MGI brand in the UK and create awareness of the company and the product line. Our target market is commercial printers."
MGI said it had a positive Ipex earlier this year and grew 13% in 2009.
