Manchester-based marketing agency mda media has set up an online proofing system that is free to its clients.
The site, www.proofon line.mdamedia.co.uk, is password-protected. Once an mda media account handler makes a clients document live it can be viewed simultaneously.
Mda media pre-press manager Nick Roberts said: "Once it has gone live the client is notified by e-mail that its there. They also have a comments box for any corrections, which is automatically sent to us when they have finished proofing."
The system, which was designed in-house by Roberts and mda media web technician Russ Davies, has been live for three weeks.
Mda media has 65 staff and has creative, design services and can produce litho, digital and variable print.
