The Western Lithotech DiamondSetter 347 and 435, which both have twin FD YAG lasers, can produce up to 325 single-page plates per hour.
The new DiamondSetter 347 can expose plates at 25.4mm per second to a resolution of 1,200dpi and has a maximum image size of 347x610mm.
The latest version of the DiamondSetter 435 can expose plates at 31.75mm per second at 1,200dpi and has a maximum image area of 435x610mm.
Both platesetters, which are priced at 190,000, can output files with variable resolution from 1,000dpi to 2,540dpi on-the-run when equipped with Western Lithotechs format option.
