Commenting on the decision to invest, MBA Group chairman Bachar Aintaoui said that GMC's products and services had met all of MBA's "stringent criteria".
"GMC provides a solution that will sit alongside our existing personalisation software, giving our clients a variety of options for their print campaigns," he added.
MBA intends to use GMC's software to develop new applications for its clients, while keeping costs down.
The north London-based company, which also has a disaster recovery plant in Warrington, Cheshire, invested in The Software Bureau's Cygnus software earlier this year in order to improve its data processing.
This followed a £5m-plus investment in digital print and finishing kit to aid its push into the transpromo market.
