GMC promotes its media centre's new industry blog

GMC Software Technology has launched an industry blog to discuss personalised document production, transpromo, digital printing and allied subjects.

Switzerland-based GMC said it hoped to promote "a two-way information channel" between itself and its customers, partners and prospects.

Bill Parker, chief marketing officer at GMC, said: "We also wanted to provide an informal resource for the latest and most comprehensive information on best practices in the industry."

The blog, which can be found at www.gmc.net/blog, will provide a forum for GMC executives to interact with visitors on issues ranging from transpromo to the use of colour and the role of technology.

The blog is the latest addition to GMC's social media centre, announced in November 2008, which also includes product highlights, customer testimonial and corporate videos.
