The machine, acquired from Ryobi UK distributor Apex Digital Graphics, will replace a five-year-old Ryobi 3304 portrait press.
"With the new press we were able to immediately improve our publications by making them full-colour throughout. Printing is now a quick and straightforward process using the GX," said Maypole senior partner Jim Robinson.
B3 company Maypole produces local publications, and currently splits its operation between publishing activity and general commercial print.
"We opted for the extended delivery, which helps the drying process, particularly if we are running a coating on the fifth unit," added Maypole partner and print manager Dean Robinson.
Maypole adds 525GX press
Maypole Press & Publishing has bought a Ryobi 525GX to add more colour to its work.
