Manroland Sheetfed appoints new MD for UK

Godbold took up new position this month

Manroland Sheetfed has appointed an experienced print production professional as the new managing director of its UK business.

Daniel Godbold joined the business on Monday (1 July).

During his industry career he has worked at a number of well-known printing businesses, including Anton Group, Printwize, Eclipse, Ancient House and Rose Calendars.

He was most recently production director at Elle Media Group in Basildon.

Manroland Sheetfed has been looking for someone to head up its UK business since Peter Redmond left at the end of last year.

The German press manufacturer is part of the UK-headquartered Langley Holdings group of manufacturing businesses.

UK wing Manroland Sheetfed (UK) Ltd posted sales and service revenue of just under £3.6m last year and employed 16.

Manroland Sheetfed plans to bring its ‘world tour’ promotional event to the UK during the autumn.
