The fire hit MY Healthcare on the Thorpe Industrial Estate, Surrey, on Saturday evening and, at its height, was attended by 19 engines from Surrey Fire & Rescue Services, as well as crews from London and Berkshire.
Nobody was injured during the incident and the flames have now been extinguished – although the fire service is still present at the scene.
In a statement, MY Healthcare said the "serious fire" had caused "major disruption to the production capability".
However, it said the disaster recovery team had been well established and plans were being implemented.
The company said customers are being contacted individually to discuss plans for minimal disruption and ongoing manufacture at other folding carton sites within the MY Healthcare network.
MY Healthcare is a multi-product specialist business that provides the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with print, packaging and contract packing services. It is part of international packaging group Nampak.
