The three-staff fabric-branding company, based in Colchester, Essex, produced the 25x15m flag on a 3m-wide Vutek FabriVu machine.
The piece, on 115g/sqm lightweight knitted polyester, was stretched across Leicester Square, London, for the match that England won 1-0 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Director Rory Blackwood said: "The job was unique in the artwork. The 112 faces were those of winners to a competition to find the nation's best smiles and ran in The Sun newspaper."
Live Event Branding produces internal hangings and external banners, pitch banners, building wraps, branded fencing and security barriers.
PR company Ketchum Pleon commissioned Live Event Branding for its clients, The Sun and Oral B.
