The deals were signed at Ipex last Friday (12 April).
Both firms will offer the range of products and TPT will collaborate on projects that involve integrating the firms products with other systems.
"We have been very impressed by what we have seen and are looking forward to a fruitful relationship," said Litho Supplies sales director for electronics Steve Dodds.
"Prolatus builds on our experience with digital delivery and takes us to the next level," said TPT managing director Steve Emerson.
"We are going to play a crucial role in the UK and Europe," said Prolatus chief executive Jeff Hoekstra.
