Andrew Poxon and John Titley of the Bury office of Leonard Curtis were appointed to the Blackburn business last month.
According to a spokesperson from Leonard Curtis, there are currently no plans to sell the business.
In October last year, LBH Litho confirmed it was "in discussions" with former Rhodes Printing director Mark Ward about a possible move to join the Blackburn-based company. This was less than a week after Rhodes announced it was set for liquidation.
