The Earley, Berkshire-based business, which employs 120 staff across the group, specialises in the printing of on-demand marketing, HR and training manuals.
Its new website has been created to allow clients to order and track goods, such as stationery, DVDs and other digital print.
Director Paul Gibbons said he hoped for 20% growth over the next 12 months by "driving the business forward and building further relationships with clients".
He said: "We're focusing on digital print and, as a business dedicated to it, it will continue to play an extremely important in 2009."
KnowledgePoint, which also operates another arm, KnowledgeCast, in Berkshire, runs a fleet of digital kit that includes 14 Xerox machines and two Océ VarioPrint 6250s.
"We've always been customer focused but it was time to complement that with a renewed focus on ourselves, which would help keep us as up-to-date as possible," said Gibbons.
