Glunz & Jensen, which manufactures processing equipment for offset printing plates, has expanded its product range with K&F's plate punch/bending and plate transport systems.
K&F will be renamed Glunz & Jensen K&F. The company will continue to produce press registration systems for newspapers and commercial printers.
President of the new company Thomas Kocsis said the acquisition was a "win-win situation".
"K&F's product line will expand Glunz & Jensen's role in the graphic arts industry while Glunz & Jensen will greatly strengthen K&F's ability to produce current pre-press and press registration equipment," Kocsis said.
