Murphy brings with him more than 40 years of experience in print, having started as an apprentice lithographer with book printer the Curwen Press.
He then spent 27 years at Masterprint as head of production. His past five years have been spent at Mitsubishi Litho Presses.

"I was particularly impressed when I first visited Germany to research new press investments while at Masterprint and their machines were a class apart – we actually bought five in my time there.
