Kay promotes Cardell to sales role

Kay Premium Marketing Films has promoted its business development manager, Debbie Cardell, to sales and marketing manager.

Cardell will work with managing director Gary Thompson to further expand the Newport-based firm’s share of the UK and mainland European markets for sign, display and vehicle graphic films.
