Karran CVA rejected by creditors

The Karran Group's proposal to enter into a Creditors Voluntary Agreement (CVA) was overwhelmingly rejected by its creditors.

The direct mail specialist applied to enter into a CVA after what it described as a "disastrous summer", having suffered a loss of 228,000 in July due to the cancellation of several major contracts. A winding-up petition from HM Customs and Excise is due to be heard against TS Photo Litho, part of the Karran Group. The procedure will be heard at the High Court of Justice on 17 November.
