The two-colour machine, which produces A3 sheets at up to 600dpi and 150ppm, will be installed at the firm's Rotherham copy shop in June. Northprint was the first UK showing for the new model.
A single-colour RZ390, also bought at the show, will be delivered to the company's site in Barnsley.
Managing director John Brailsford said: "We've been waiting for the two-colour machine for two years. As soon as we saw it at Northprint we committed ourselves straight away."
The machines were bought through Riso agent Midshire Business Systems, based in Stockport. "We've worked with them for nearly 20 years, and we're happy to buy from them again," said Brailsford.
Riso also sealed a sale for its HC5000 four-colour ink-jet printer to Lancashire firm Speed-Away Promotions. The printer produces up to 105ppm, with a maximum sheet size of A3, and costs just over 24,000.
