The UK firm, based in Cheshire, has appointed wide-format industry veteran Leo Vermeiren as European sales and development manager.

"His extensive business network will facilitate ITL’s drive to introduce a wider audience to our products," said ITL sales and marketing director Peter Williams.

"ITL remains at the forefront in terms of both quality and cost-effectiveness of its solutions for the small-, wide- and grand-format printing industries," added Vermeiren.

Multi-linguist Vermeiren is bolstering his European language skills with Mandarin with an eye to the emerging markets in Asia.

His appointment follows ITL’s recent boost to its customer services offering with the appointment of customer services executive Stephen Wright.
