The package has been developed by Robin Keith, who founded the company in 2003.
The website features around 100 pages of information on the workflow, including a full online users' manual for the product.
Keith, who previously worked in newspaper publisher Archant's pre-press department, said: "GoFlow is a very flexible tool, and we wanted to help customers get the most out of their purchase."
He added that key features of GoFlow included the ability to monitor a customer-facing FTP site for file uploads, email proofs to customers, route PDFs into print queues, and monitor all workflow applications for errors and crashes.
