London-based Creator provides a range of services including email marketing, data management and eCRM (electronic customer relationship management). It delivers more than 3.7bn emails a year for its clients.
In the year to 31 December 2014 it made an operating profit of £809k on sales of £9.6m. Its clients include Virgin Media, TUI, and Kwik Fit.
ITG provides a range of services to marketers, including content creation, print management, retail consultancy, and packaging workflow services.
The fast-growing group posted sales up 15% to £61m last year. The firm is headquartered at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, where it took on extra space at the end of last year. It now employs more than 500 staff.
ITG took a stake in retail marketing agency Vitamin agency last summer, and its chief executive Simon Ward was also named EY Midlands Entrepreneur of the Year.
It has also expanded its operations into the States, with new offices in New York and Chicago.
Creator has been renamed ITG Creator. Founder and chief executive Mark Brennan remains with the business.
