The Fujifilm Sericol machine, one of 22 digital printers running at the Viterbo-based company, can output six colours at speeds up to 250sqm an hour. It can print onto stocks 3.14x1.6m, at thicknesses ranging up to 50mm.
Raffaele Friggi, technical director at Gescom, said the S20 was the "market leader" in offering both high-quality print at the best speeds.
He added: "We prefer to invest in companies with proven, exceptional customer support that have the promise of offering technological advancements in the future."
The Inca Onset S20 was launched late last year and is designed for the production of display point-of-sale, exhibition graphics, backlit and frontlit displays, as well as outdoor signage.
