The Lateral Group and Dialogue Solutions owner intends to integrate Dialogue Solutions into IOS Dagenham, in order to grow the business, which has outgrown the Edenbridge facility in Kent.

Chief executive Nick Dixon said: "Dialogue Solutions has little room for expansion. We had to consider how to accommodate the growing need for Dialogue Solutions’ range of multi-channel communications management, digital print and trigger marketing services."

He added that IOS intended to rehouse staff within IOS Dagenham, as well as the Lateral Group London office.

Dialogue Solutions and IOS Dagenham have a number of cross-over areas and according to Dixon, combining the two would "establish Dagenham as the centre of excellence for integrated communication management, digital print and print-on-demand within IOS".

"With significant leading digital print investment already underway at Dagenham, this will help underpin IOS as being at the forefront of integrated communication management," Dixon said.
