The hearing is scheduled to last for three days at Peterborough Town Hall, with a verdict due on Friday (15 October).

The accident happened on 6 October 2008, when 43-year old Ian Ebbs was working on a Manroland Lithoman web press.

An investigation was carried out after the incident by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), alongside the local police force.
