The company is part of International Greetings and prints gift wrapping. According to a spokesman for the 127m-turnover plc the fire was started by an accidental "working incident".
There were no injuries from the blaze, which started late on Tuesday (10 May). Eight fire crews tackled the fire.
"None of the main print plant was damaged and the business and customer service will not be affected," said the spokesman.
An investigation will be carried out by the fire service into the exact cause of the fire. The factory is situated on Pengam road in Aberbargoed.
