The £20m-turnover, East Yorkshire company previously installed a beta.f system 12 months ago and found that, in addition to the environmental benefits, press downtime was also improved.
Chief executive David Danforth said: "There is a reduction in the amount of dampening solution used but this in itself would not cost justify the purchase. The key is in the reduction in press downtime – the fact we have to change over solution and replace filters every three to six months rather than on a weekly basis."
It now has the systems, which use a two-step filtration process to keep the dampening solution free from contamination, installed on all three of its litho presses.
The Howden-based company employs more than 200 staff and prints for a range of retail and public sector clients.
