The bio-film is the latest addition to the extensive range of sustainable substrates that Leeds-based Imageco can produce its clients' jobs with.
It is UV printable and biodegradable and forms a sustainable alternative to PVC, polyester and polypropylene. It is also highly transparent, non-oriented and hard-wearing, and can have a gloss, matt or satin finish.
“Alongside our new bio-film offering, we already have a vast range of sustainable alternatives, from Xanita Board to Ocean Tex,” said Imageco director Nathan Swinson-Bullough.
“We have a green mission to become more environmentally friendly and have been shifting our modes of production to lower-carbon emission operations and always seek out the most environmentally friendly products on the market.”
Imageco produces a wide range of wide-format work for its customers, including indoor and outdoor signage, exhibition graphics, lightboxes, prototypes and bespoke graphics.
