ICSM has plans to establish a national network of regional offices over the next two years to give it a higher profile nationally.
The Croydon-based credit protection company plans to open offices in Bristol and Sheffield next year, and one in Glasgow in 2002.
ICSM was bought out by one of its founding partners, Ian Carrotte, earlier this month (PrintWeek, 3 August), while partners Steve Mepham and David Whitaker parted company with the firm.
Carrotte is now ICSM managing director and Rupert Rudd has been promoted to sales and marketing director.
Carrotte said: "The change of ownership structure and the new management team will enable ICSM to extend the range of services we offer to our customers over the coming months."
ICSM charges an annual membership fee for access to its database. Its services include debt recovery, company searches and credit checks.
"If a print buyer doesnt pay his bills on time, we will know about it and can warn our other customers to be extra vigilant in future," said Carrotte.
