It has also added AFP colour management support to its InfoPrint 5000 inkjet drop-on-demand printer.
The firm revealed InfoPrint ProcessDirector (IPPD) software, and campaign management software from partner Prinova alongside other "best-of-breed" software offerings from Mapping, StreamServe and Exstream.
The transpromo suite is accompanied by the launch of the InfoPrint TransPromo Consulting Practice, which offers customers the professional services required to enable the transition to a true transpromo environment and consulting to ensure its ongoing success.
Meanwhile, the AFP-enhanced InfoPrint 5000 provides AFP monochrome users with all the benefits of AFP for their full-colour applications, making transpromo a realistic proposition for businesses that print transaction documents.
The InfoPrint 5000 is positioned as a best-of-breed offering in the mid-range area, enabling customers such as transactional printers, service bureaux, direct mailers, and some book printers to efficiently print high volumes of variable-data documents in full colour, with the security, controls and high performance of the AFP output environment.
Meanwhile, InfoPrint has also expanded its portfolio of output devices, with the addition of the InfoPrint EMP156 monochrome printer. This extends the InfoPrint cutsheet family at the high end and targets an affordable cost per page for in-house print operations.
