We use vegetable-based inks and recycled paper stocks, so this was an important point for us. We made sure we researched the market carefully before choosing the system, and despite not using Heidelberg presses, we decided its platesetter was the best option for us. We installed a Suprasetter A52 with single cassette loading to enable it to produce B3 plates automatically without needing constant supervision.
Moving to a system that will run chemistry-free was great.

The Suprasetter platesetter is about as environmentally friendly as you can get at the moment. At Armour, we were quite shocked when we realised just how many drums of chemistry waste we were shipping out each month, and so we wanted to switch to a product that was kinder to the environment.
