The line, part of a 3m investment so far this year, has full Scitex personalisation and Howard Hunt has also upgraded its existing Scitex system.
It said sales had risen 15% so far this year to 16m, while profits were up to 800,000 15-20% on this time last year after a 300,000 write-off.
Chairman Martin Pigott said: "Its really down to the philosophy behind the company. We arent just management-run. Our salesmen, printers and production people really drive us."
The investment also includes an extra CTP system and a new Prism MIS.
Howard Hunt is a pioneer UK user of Mitsubishis Diamond web, with two 16pp machines.
