The move comes just under a year after HH launched an operation in China, off the back of a major contract win.
The site will deal with multinational clients in Israel, as well as Turkey, with three accounts being the key reason behind the introduction of the office. The company is also developing its supplier base in the Turkish market.
HH has appointed Cagla Deniz to head the team. She brings experience in both print procurement and marketing. Deniz said there are more than 5,000 printers in Turkey, mainly near Istanbul.
"The capacity and ability of the Turkish market is tremendous and has seen great investment in both the quality and service the local printers can provide," he added.
