StingRay can be connected to ISDN, ADSL and leased lines and communicates using standard transmission protocols including Easy Transfer, Leonardo and Transmission Manager.
It works with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
Organisations dont want to be restricted to a specific method of file transfer, said UK managing director Andy Eakins.
Two versions are available the Mark II, a two-channel model that costs 2,895, and the 30-channel Mark V, which costs 3,895. The Mark II is also available to rent for 100 per month.
