Having joined the firm on 2 December from Domino, where he served as global account director, Paul will focus on driving growth and reinforcing the company’s position within the industry.
“I’ve had a fantastic welcome here at Heaford, it’s a great environment to work in,” he told Printweek.
“Heaford has been very successful for 40 years, and it was founded by family and is still family-owned. I’d like to make a significant contribution to making sure they’re successful for the next 40.
“It’s a little bit of a different market than the one I came from, but I’m embracing the challenge – I’m sure there will be many synergies, coming from a more digital world.”
Paul added that there were plenty of opportunities in the market, given the changing needs of end users.
“There will be changes in printing processes driven by external environmental challenges. The material that our customers print on today might not be the same as what they’ll print on in the future,” he explained.
“It’s a very dynamic marketplace, and we’ve got to shift with that, and position ourselves to service those needs.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Tim to the Heaford family,” said David Muncaster, managing director of Heaford.
“His track record speaks for itself, and we’re confident his vision will have a significant impact on our journey ahead."
