Hayden is currently chief operating officer at St Ives’ American financial print business, where he is on a two-and-a-half year secondment. He has been with the group for 19 years.
He takes up his new role as director and general manager of corporate publications on 2 September, where his remit will include the Westerham Press operation in Kent and corporate publications at sister business Burrups.
Chris Cartwright, deputy divisional managing director of the financial print division, said: "Peter is a good man. He’s been very successful at St Ives and has a great team at Westerham. We think there’s a great opportunity for us to freshen our offer at Westerham – the competition is suffering, and the next 12 months will be tough. We provide surety of supply."
