The GPMU has said its National Agreement talks with the BPIF are "progressing amicably".
BPIF corporate affairs director Mike Hopkins said discussions were ongoing but was unable to comment any further.
The GPMUs claim includes wage increases, paid paternity leave, and five days training per annum.
