The press is capable of printing at speeds of up to 75,000 copies per hour. According to Goss, the machine can "meet the requirements for increased colour, speed and automation".
"The Magnum is aimed at the urban newspaper, regional newspaper and coldset markets," said Goss International president Richard Sutis.
"We expect growing interest in this product in the mid-range two-around or 8pp newspaper press market," said Goss senior vice president of global sales, Dick Schultz.
The press was launched at this week's China Print exhibition in Beijing.
The Magnum has options including shafted or shaftless drives, undershot open fountain and spiral brush or optional spray bar dampening.
