The business took on Andrew Adkins as director of insight and analytics and Caroline Maddox as digital service director in July – both newly created roles.
Having worked with Go Inspire in the past, Adkins has rejoined to strengthen the team’s data capabilities.
He previously held data-focused roles in firms including Findel, United Business Media, and Acxiom, and has a background in both B2B and B2C data marketing and analytics.
In his new role, Adkins will spearhead Go Inspire’s partnership with Bloomreach to transform the scope of analytics, while also driving campaign optimisation, customer segmentation, and improved business intelligence for the existing clients.
As digital service director, Maddox will bring a diverse range of skills acquired through her extensive career in senior digital roles. Having recently completed her master’s degree in advanced digital marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University, Go Inspire said she will bring a fresh perspective and expertise to the team.
Her track record includes senior roles in companies including Co-op, as well as spearheading a successful full service digital agency. Her experience spans various sectors, including food retail, travel, financial services, education, and utilities.
At Go Inspire, Maddox will play a key role in advising clients about optimising their marketing efforts in the digital landscape. She has expertise in e-mail marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and customer journey mapping.
Dimitri Kyprianou, group managing director of Go Inspire, said: “We are delighted to welcome Andrew and Caroline to the Go Inspire team. Their appointments underscore our commitment to providing exceptional customer experience solutions and driving innovation in insight, analytics, and digital services.
“Both Caroline and Andrew bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience that will further enhance our capabilities and allow us to exceed client expectations.”
Kyprianou became group MD of the company in June, when Patrick Headley stepped down as CEO after 30 years with the business.
The company, which was sold to Xerox last year, has a £90m-turnover and employs more than 400 staff, predominantly working across two factories in Leicester and Kettering although it has also just opened a new London office that will act as a collaboration, sales, and client suite space.
