The latest machine in the Kirikko range, the SK21m, features fully adjustable slitting and cutting positions in addition to optical mark recognition (OMR) and compatibly Windows Macintosh OS platforms.
The cutter features no stack or knife pressure, which means sheets can be cut and trimmed immediately after printing with no set-off on litho print.
The Kirikko incorporates automatic feeding; eliminating the need for operator supervision while the optical mark recognition system ensures the SK21m cuts digitally-printed sheets with a 0.01mm accuracy.
A positive drive feed and optimised transport train mean up to 150 business cards can be cut in a minute.
The Kirikko SK21m is designed for the production of items such as business cards, post cards, tickets, greetings cards and receipts.
GAE joint managing director Tony Hards said the Kirikko "is the original and the best" adding "it retains its accuracy throughout its life, is fully adjustable, quick to set up and easy to use".
The Kirikko Card Cutters are available now direct from GAE with prices starting at £4,000.
