The Birmingham based B1 and B3 printer, which has a turnover of £2.1m, installed the new equipment last month as part of a £50,000 upgrade that led to the company purchasing a laminator and Morgana Digifold in December.
The Punch 500 has a punching capacity of up to 500 strokes per hour and horizontal paper feeding for low to medium run lengths. The Mobi 500 can bind books and calendars from 50mm to 500mm working width.
G10 Design & Print managing director Jorad Miah, said that the investment will enable the company to offer more services.
He added: "We are upgrading our equipment which will enable us to be more competitive. We are confident that we can increase our turnover to £3m by the end of the financial year."
Dermot Callaghan, Renz professional bindery sales manager, said: "In the past they have sent out calendar work to be bound by different companies but these machines allow them to keep all calendar work in-house and have complete control of the work from start to finish."
