FuturePrint Leaders Summit 2022, in Geneva later this month, will focus on the future of print technology and inspiring leaders in the print and packaging industries to promote change.

The two-day summit in-person and virtual event, taking place on 29-30 June at the Palexpo Congress Centre, is organised by UK-based FuturePrint and will feature more than thirty international speakers from within the print, packaging and other industries.

The first day will feature keynote presentations, panels and talks considering issues such as how to pivot to succeed in a crisis, sustainable leadership, digital and large-format print industry issues as well as discussions on innovation and technology developments and women leaders in print.

Speakers from businesses such as Highcon, Bobst, Webmart, Big Image, The Boxmaker, EFI, Xaar, Gavi.org, Boulangerie Michellod, Alchemie Technology and Proximus will lead the first day’s agenda. An evening reception will take place at neighbouring 19th century Villa Sarasin.

The second day will take a roundtable format at Villa Sarasin with the idea of encouraging discussions and connection-building amongst industry leaders in order to help drive knowledge-sharing and change.

“The print sector has been under stress caused by forces from outside the sector,” said FuturePrint co-founder Marcus Timson. “This has compelled us all to adapt or risk becoming obsolete. It has also shaped the intention and objectives for the FuturePrint Leaders Summit – it’s the perfect time to convene and set the agenda for the future.”

He added: “We can’t wait to bring the community together to share perspectives, inspire innovation, and spark new ideas.

“The industry needs a beacon to help us move forward, particularly in turbulent times, and we believe the FuturePrint Leaders Summit will succeed in lighting the way.”

The whole event will be streamed live to enable FuturePrint’s 20,000-strong subscriber base to take advantage.
