Founder Jane Houghton said that although "the market is tight" at the moment, when staff leave businesses they need to fill vacancies very quickly.
"We need more staff. We get the vacancies, but we need to get people in quickly," she said. The company has expanded from 10 to 14 staff and is looking to add further staff.
Houghton said that the Manchester area where the company is based had been particularly hard hit and that "lots of people have been made redundant recently, good people".
She added that sales people are still the most sought after as they can often convert around half of their clients when they move.
