The Digicam Print Channel, which launched in Japan this week, lets the user transfer their photos from an SD memory card onto the gaming console then direct to Fujifilm via a designated online channel.
Customers can print individual 89x127mm prints, business cards and also 21pp bound photo albums using a selection of background templates.
A UK launch date for the service has yet to be confirmed but Nintendo said it plans to bring the channel to Europe and North America some time in the future.
