The facility is based at the Flint Group's Ruabon, North Wales, site. Customers will benefit from a stronger logistics team, as well as improved customer service, while keeping its established focus on the narrow web and label industry, the company said.

"By concentrating all back-up service functions in Ruabon, we will be able to offer an even stronger service to our customers," said commercial director Mark Sutton.

Flint Group recently announced the worldwide introduction of Flexocure Force, an ink which the company claims improves handling due to its lower viscosity and no foaming, greater adhesion to a wider range of substrates and improved performance on many variable printing techniques.
