Printing will now be moved from Eastern Europe to the company's Peterborough site, which also produces The Economist and Time Out magazines.
The saddlestitched fortnightly title has a print run of 450,000 and will be printed using the company's Manroland press.
Tony Ayles, sales director at St Ives Web, said: "Logistically, and from an environmental viewpoint, it was decided that printing How to Spend It magazine in the UK would be far more efficient and cost-effective, saving hundreds of distribution miles."
