The Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience and new addition Sportswear Pro event will be held at Amsterdam’s 112,000sqm RAI conference center.
Fespa has already confirmed a number of leading manufacturer and supplier exhibitors for the show, including Agfa, Antalis, Brother, DGI/ d.gen, EFI, Elitron, Inkcups, Kongsberg, LIYA, Mimaki, Mutoh, Orafol, Roland, Summa, Sun Chemical and SwissQprint.
Fespa expo head Michael Ryan told Printweek that with more than 400 exhibitors confirmed so far, the event would be quite different to the last time the show was held in Amsterdam for October 2021's mid-pandemic event.
He said: "We are very lucky to work in such a colourful and creative industry, and the excitement is already building throughout the Fespa community.
"Back in October 2021, we had just a small window between lockdowns, and were delighted to unite the industry after so long. Of course, at that time we had restrictions to the number of visitors.
"In 2024, we're back to over 400 exhibitors, and we are now occupying six halls at RAI Amsterdam."
Ryan added that the venue now boasts improved infrastructure, with direct links to Amsterdam airport and Amsterdam Central Station.
The 2024 event will feature for the first time Sportswear Pro, an educational conference on the opportunities in sports and leisure garment printing and production taking place on the second day, 20 March.
Fespa’s Personalisation Experience has been continued for a second year, following its debut in May 2023.
The event, designed to showcase the profit-driving power of personalised digital print, is open to all visitors, and will present the chance for visitors to talk with specialist suppliers.
Also present again at the expo will be Fespa’s Sustainability Spotlight, an area dedicated to providing useful guidance towards eco-friendly printing, and Fespa’s World Wrap Masters vehicle wrapping competition.
Ryan said that Fespa itself has put significant work into improving its own sustainability profile.
"This year will be an important event for us [for sustainability]," he said, adding that the Sustainability Spotlight platform is now available online, and that the in-person event would highlight a number of materials for attendees to view and feel.
Also running over the first two days will be the Wrap Master Europe 2024 championship, the precursor to the World Wrap Finals at the end of the week.
Super early bird tickets to all four co-located events are available for €25 (£22).
